Quite nice. The colors and textures are very tasty. I almost wish the character was larger, because he's so cool, but I understand that his scale must be important to the composition and concept. My only suggestion would be to ground the little guy better; a stronger shadow under him might help.

Great work. All fits together nicely. I'd add to chickenfingers' comment that he seems more like a few cm in the air than stepping on the ground. Make the grass look like he is really stepping on it.

Very lovely. Good use of colors, Nice mood. I think the shadow problem is also a result of how dark the area between the character's toes are compared to all other foreground elements. Image could be cropped more at the top and still convey the scale you've created.

this is awesome, but i agree about grounding him, he almost appears to be hovering. I don't think it's a shadow problem though. It just looks like he's standing on the top of the grass and not sunk into it. Maybe manip the grass edges over the edges of his feet, for depth.

His head (especially the nose area) looks a little unclear (or blurred, maybe), but the rest is very nice. I love the green forest setting, and the large background, where you can only get a weak glimpse of the trees. This is very fantasy. I love it!
